Hey, it's all good. My beef was not so much who won or who lost. I was just a bit put out at being jumped on for stating what was obviously a jokey opinion on something, then being made to look/feel like the bad guy about it. From now on, I think I'll keep my opinions to myself. Sad day, though. This was the last bastion of being able to speak truthfully without those in disagreement getting out the torches and pitchforks.

I want to say don't listen to that sort of thing, but I stew on such things as well. It's not nice to be on the receiving end of bluntness. It frustrates me that you were.

Well, everything is a life lesson, and this was one of those lessons I had to learn the hard way. I do have a consolation prize, though. DMuse gave me a really fun bit of inspiration for a threeway between Severus and the Patils, so I'm happily playing away in the sandbox.
