I didn't really know the figure skating world in any capacity like
drinkingcocoa, but I remember being wowed by Toller Cranston, who passed away today at the very young age of 65. He was quite the interesting skater, the first I saw who really used the art
as art, and not just checking off criteria boxes. A very interesting personality and for some reason I always felt a little sorry for him. He seemed to be so misunderstood, and yet wanted to be taken so seriously as an artist.
