Close on the heels of the news that was the subject of my previous post, I also received this in the mail today from my dear friend

toblass, who seems to have this uncanny knack for knowing when you need a pick me up. A lovely little box arrived in the mail today, with Fragile marked on it. After TheHubs® and I acted out the scene from A Christmas Story ("Fra-jee-lay! Oh, it must be Italian." "I think that means, 'Fragile', honey." - Oh, you do it too, you know you do!) I opened it and was literally showered with 'Get Well Soon' goodies:

First, a lovely handmade card, and the prettiest handbag holder, which I'm delighted with. I have a really boss new Marc Jacobs handbag and I don't want any mischief to befall it - this will allow me to keep it handy when I'm eating out:

Next, a set of lovely notecards with my beloved keys on them - does this lady know me or what??

Then, the piece de resistance, in a very well-packed box was a coffee mug, filled with dark chocolate Hershey's kisses - with my beloved Dr. Dahlra Gar's picture on it! I apologise that my crummy flash makes it look over-exposed - the pics truly don't do it justice. It's actually perfect.

I was just flooded with warmth and love, and it banished the darkness away. Thank you, Toby, for such an amazingly thoughtful package. I shall treasure this always.
