The SSHG Prompt Fest/sshg_promptfest is an anonymous, prompt-based fest that explores the relationship between Severus Snape and Hermione Granger with a showcase of fan works. To participate, sshg_promptfest member-watchers will offer prompts to the community, claim prompts from the community, and produce fan works for the community and its followers. SS/HG (het) and SS & HG (gen) fan works of any rating will be accepted from artists and writers.

Prompting starts next week.

That sounds really fun. Gosh, I'd love to do it if html didn't drive me around the bend. Will there be mod(s) help to any newbie that would want to do it? I've never done the exchange before, and this sounds like it would be fun and challenging (and a primer for the exchange if/when they do another one.)

Then I'll do it, lol. As long as someone can do a bit of hand-holding if necessary, I think I could easily write at least 1500 words. I did my first prompts for a challenge on TMB, so at least I know I can do the writing part of it. It is the html and following directions for posting that may be my struggle. But this sounds fun!

Yes, please - don't let the techy part of LJ intimidate you - there are plenty of tech savvy folks here to help you out on that front. Just enjoy yourself and write - that's the best thing - just have fun with it!
