The Meme Ho Strikes Again!

I can't stand it, I have to jump on the bandwagon when a good meme comes by. I actually get really tickled when people respond to my meme offerings.

Just to prove that I’m a meme ho:

The book I am currently reading: For The Potions Masters Amusement. Yes, I am reading it again. It makes wonderful before bed reading – and it’s darn good research for the fic I wrote for Sempra.

The book I am currently writing: The Family. It is the sequel for my story, Her Minder.

The book I love to read the most: I have a few: Oldest Confederate Widow Tells All, by Alan Gurganus. Seriously, one of the best novels ever written. And Shogun. A fantastic tale of intrigue, war, and 17^th century sex. How can you go wrong?

The last book I received as a Gift:  South of Broad, by Pat Conroy. Conroy is a stunning Southern writer. If I have any descriptive talent, it is because I am so inspired by his style of writing. It is always intense, colourful and absorbing.

The last book I gave as a gift: Gave Mum the first two books of the Black Dagger Brotherhood. I'm not sure of the titles, but they are sexy stuff, according to Motha.

The nearest book to me: I am sitting in front of a massive bookcase of cookbooks. When I turn around….Ruby Ann Boxcar’s Down Home Trailer Park Holiday Cookbook. As cookbooks go, it’s probably my favourite and the one I recommend the most.
