Congratulations! That is such a difficult decision, and almost definitely the right one to have made. (And I'm sorry you found yourselves in that situation to begin with.) Somewhere along the way, we tend to 'learn' it's bad to quit without having the next thing lined up, and that fails (completely) to take into account that if the thing you are doing so utterly exhausts you, without some stroke of luck, that next thing will most likely be a long time coming. Sometimes it takes courage to look after yourself. Good for you both for finding it.
And give yourself a pass for being a Leo with a tame roar. There's plenty to said for being a nice person, you're a team, and TheHubs had your back. I'm sure there are days he benefits from that roar of yours.
