Re Sleep being overrated: As long as you're sacrificing sleep for something you truly enjoy (such as writing fanfic) and are not wearing yourself out, I totally agree :)
The Snape-centric fest sounds really interesting!
I haven't even started my Silencio fic (if I'm writing anything this month, it will be my term paper), but I hope I'll manage to finish it ahead of time because there's another prompt that I like a lot.
