I Have Committed Kink

Several folks were talking a few months back about participating in fests, and akatnamedeaster challenged us to go outside our comfort zone, or fest zone. I decided to give it a try, and put myself forward for hp_kinkfest, and it posted yesterday. I was so nervous I asked the mods to post my fic anonymously, but the comments were very kind and encouraging, so I think I feel safe enough to come forward and confess I wrote Held In Place. It's surprisingly smut-free for a kinkfest piece, but the prompter had stated that she was more interested in the kink than the sex that usually goes with it. My timing was awful, with this flu-thing I had, and I literally had to write it at the last minute. It's a nice fest; you request a prompt, and the week you wish to post, and they give you a day in that week. I'm sure I will participate again. Anyhoo, I gave it my best shot, and it's my favourite dynamic, Dom!Hermione/sub!Snape. It was fun, and I really do wish I had more time to expand it. Maybe I will when I archive it.
