Teddy, in my experience, you have two choices here. You can give yourself permission to not write on a regular basis, and then if you have a moment of inspiration, that is a bonus. Or, you can be bound and determined that you ARE going to write everyday, then beat yourself up when you can't make it happen. It's better to make the decision to take a semi-vacation from writing, in my opinion.

By the way, we ate one of those cakes awhile back. My youngest pooped the freakiest shade of blue and thought he was dying. Hope you fare better, lol.
