TheHubs™ and I were just saying this exact same thing. Once I got my head in the right place, the rest has been easy. It only took me 50 plus years to do that, but as my friend K said, some people never get it. It's been very gratifying, mainly because the impetus to eat badly is GONE. And knowing I'm cooking and eating real food, good food that is good for us has been such a marvelous thing.
